Rule 36
Reinstatement period

(1) If an employee has to be transferred from one place to another, such an employee will be given a period of seven days apart from the deadline for preparation and extension of twenty-one days, and he will not be required to appear in the office during the preparation period, if it takes more than twenty-one days. The clear reason for that should be opened and approved by the relevant departmental head.
(2) When an employee is transferred from one office to another office, the officer who issues the letter of transfer shall issue a letter of transfer as per Schedule-14 showing the details of the employee's last month's salary and leave up to that period.
